The 2013 edition of EJCDC's Construction Family of Documents is now available under the Construction Related Documents category. The new edition is updated to reflect current business practices and includes three entirely new documents. The USDA RUS will take some time to approve the 2013 edition. You can still buy RUS preapproved documents in the USDA Rural Utility Service Preapproved Documens category.
You may purchase and download EJCDC® Contract Documents in MS Word format by browsing all documents or through the search engine provided in the sidebar. Each document is prepared by experienced engineering design and construction professionals, owners, contractors, professional liability and risk management experts, and legal counsel. The Engineers Joint Contract Documents Committee (EJCDC) develops and updates fair and objective standard documents that represent the latest and best thinking in contractual relations between all parties involved in engineering design and construction projects. Please take care when purchasing your documents as they cannot be returned and non-refundable. If you have a coupon code for a discount, you will be asked to enter it at checkout.

- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Utility Service (RUS) has preapproved the use of certain standard EJCDC engineering and construction series documents for use in projects funded under the RUS Water and Waste Disposal program as described in RUS Bulletin 1780-26. Please note that the bulletin, as written in 2009, refers to the 2007 edition of EJCDC documents. Some of the documents reffered to were updated in 2010. RUS approves the use of the 2010 documents in place of the 2007 editions.
