EJCDC® contract documents were recently featured in an article by American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Past President Maria Lehman for Informed Infrastructure.
In the article, which appears in the magazine's September 2024 issue, Lehman talks about EJCDC®'s progress over the last few years in getting its documents approved for federal contracts. Among the items Lehman references are the USDA-RUS preapproved documents collection, the brand-new U.S. DOT Volpe Center Project Delivery Center of Excellence contract document repository, and ASCE's project-delivery infographic highlighting all of the different options for contract documents on the market.
