The Engineering Documents (E-Series)

The Engineering Family Documents (E-Series) include Owner-Engineer Agreements and Agreements between Engineers and Consultants, such as geotech, architect and others. E-Series documents are structured as basic terms, plus contract-specific exhibits with a detailed scope of services. The documents’ exhibits provide options such as compensation methods.
