USDA Rural Utilities Service Preapproved Documents
The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Utilities Service (RUS) has preapproved the use of certain standard EJCDC engineering and construction series documents for use in projects funded under the RUS Water and Waste Disposal program as described in RUS Bulletin 1780-26. Please note that Bulletin 1780-26 was updated on 5/10/2024 to preapprove the use of the 2020 edition of EJCDC E-500 instead of the 2014 edition. The EJCDC C-522, E-520, and E-525 documents have also been preapproved for use under certain limited circumstances.
