D-505 Standard Form of Subagreement between Design/Builder and Engineer for Design Professional Services

EJCDC 2016 D-505 is the principal subcontract between the Design-Builder and the Engineer for professional services, in which the Engineer will serve as the Design-Builder’s principal design professional of record for the project.  Similar to EJCDC E-500, this newly-revised professional services agreement is specific to design-build project delivery and properly apportions responsibility and scope of professional services between the Design-Builder and its Engineer.
