EJCDC® CMA‑200, Instructions to Bidders for Construction Contract—Construction Manager as Advisor Series (2021), provides instructions to prospective Bidders, including instructions on information made available to Bidders, site visits, pre-bid conferences, questions concerning the Work and issuance of Addenda, how to prepare and submit a bid, bid bonds, and the evaluation of bids and award of contract. CMA‑200 also provides users with guidance in the preparation of Instructions to Bidders for a specific Contract.
