The Certificate of Substantial Completion of the Work is used by Owner’s Advisor to notify the Construction Manager at Risk and Owner that as of the date stated, the Owner’s Advisor, in consultation with the Engineer, has found that Construction Manager at Risk has achieved Substantial Completion of the Work.
