The Notice of Award is used by Owner to notify the recipient that it is the successful Proposer and is awarded the Owner-CMAR Contract. The Notice of Award also provides instructions on signing and returning the Agreement, furnishing required bonds and insurance documentation, and receiving copies of the Contract Documents.
