Engineers Joint Contract Documents Committee (EJCDC®) Releases Additional Package Offerings for Construction, USDA Rural Development Collections
New packages are supplemental offerings to the pre-existing Construction-Related Documents and USDA Rural Development Preapproved Documents Full Set Collections.
Alexandria, VA – Engineers Joint Contract Documents Committee (EJCDC®) is excited to announce several new package offerings/updates to two of its contract document collections: construction-related documents and USDA Rural Utilities Services Preapproved Documents collection. These new package offerings/updates are currently available for purchase in the online store at EJCDC.org.
Members of EJCDC’s sponsoring organizations (the American Council of Engineering Companies, the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the American Society of Civil Engineers – Construction Institute) can also purchase these new offerings directly from those organizations starting today at a 50% discount.
These new package offerings are all based on the 2024 updates to the USDA Rural Utilities Service Preapproved Documents, which were initially announced in the updated edition of RUS Bulletin 1780-26, dated May 10, 2024. They include:
Construction-Related Documents:
- C-990 Construction Related Documents Full-Set: Please note that this collection will no longer include a copy of the USDA-RUS RD Preapproved Documents Full Set. The price of the C-990 Full Set will remain at $2,200.
- NEW C-991 USDA-RUS RD Preapproved Document Supplemental Add-On Now $458. (Includes RD-edited editions of C-Series documents plus E-500, E-520, E-525).
- Proof of purchase of the C-990 will be required to purchase the C-991.
USDA Rural Development Preapproved Documents:
- NEW RD-991 RD Preapproved Documents for Small Projects, Select Documents Now $507 (includes C-522-RD).
- Preapproved for use on projects where the construction cost is $500,000 or less, and the scheduled duration is less than 12 months.
Additionally, customers who have purchased a copy of the C-990 Construction-Related Documents Full Set between 7/1/23 and 7/9/24 may receive a complimentary copy of the updated RD documents upon request.
